Delete Your Data

You can delete all of your ProveEV data and your account directly in the app — no email or form required. Because ProveEV accounts are anonymous and tied to your device, the in-app control is how we reliably confirm the request is really yours.

How to delete your data in the app

1. Open the ProveEV app.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Tap “Delete My Data.”
4. Confirm when prompted.

What gets deleted

Your driving data (GPS points), saved locations, profile details, EV Readiness score history, any dealer lead you submitted, and your account are erased, typically within a few days.

What we keep

A minimal, non-identifying record may be retained as proof that the deletion occurred — coarse location and aggregate counts only, with no name, email, or phone. Residual copies in encrypted backups expire on our normal backup cycle.
